A: Share the local specialty delicacies with friends.

A: I always seek unique experiences and want to dive into the local customs and culture when traveling.

 

Q: What do you always pack?

A: I love to capture all the moments in the journey and share them directly with my family and friends, so traveling with a smartphone camera can make everything easier.

 

Q: What is your preferred airline?

A: Dragonair

 

Q: Best in-flight meal or activity?

A: Bring my e-reader along with a long flight that will make me forget I’m stuck on a plane for several hours. Of course, now the in-flight movie library is also very rich.

 

Q: How do you get over jet lag?

A: Out of the room, walking in the sunshine to resync my body.

 

Q: What are your favorite hotels? What makes these hotels so memorable?

A: During my leisure trip, I always choose boutique hotels, such as Songtsam Retreat at Shangri-La.

It provides me a true taste of the destination with highly personalized service, superb local cuisine and locally decorated guestrooms.

A: Relax, sleep, meditate or just enjoy nature.

A: I prefer the rural boutique hotels to discover the local traditions, culture and architecture.

A: Bhutan is a good place for purifying the mind. People are honest and friendly, the natural scenery is beautiful, and the air is fresh,

A: If you are a spicy food lover, then you have to try the national dish — ema datse (chilis and cheese).

 

Q: What do you do upon arriving at the destination?

A: Get in touch with my local tour guide and make an itinerary together.

 

Q: Where are you planning to go next and why?

A: I will go to Bhutan in one or two years again; there are many interesting places to explore.
