China Southern launches Shanghai-Dehong flight

China Southern Airlines has opened a direct flight between Shanghai and Dehong Autonomous Prefecture of southwest China’s Yunnan Province.
The flight from Pudong International Airport to Mangshi, the capital city of Dehong, operates every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
Visitors can enjoy the “sword dance,” silver jewelry show, pavane and Dai Opera. The prefecture also aims to promote its coffee, sour tea and tribute rice.
China Southern has also opened flights to over 10 popular tourism cities in Yunnan, including Kunming, Dali, Lijiang and Xishuangbanna.
