THE Changjie Town Razor Clam Festival runs through the end of April in Ninghai County, Ningbo. The ninth annual festival is a feast of seafood and culture. Changjie Town is the “hometown” of razor clams. Events include locals putting on song and dance shows, an agricultural products fair, photography contest and “happy farm experience.” Razor clams are made into a variety of dishes and visitors can dig clams in mudflats with the help of farmers.
