HOTELEX Shanghai, one of the largest exhibitions in the hospitality industry, will be held from March 31 to April 3 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
The expo, in its 23rd year, contains 10 themed sections, such as bakery and ice cream, food and beverage, wine and spirits, and catering equipment and supply. The China barista championship, the China master bartender competition, and the China latte art championship will be held during the expo.
