HONG Kong Ocean Park will launch a Halloween celebration from September 21 through October 31. Plans call for turning the park into the biggest Halloween theme park in Asia at nights. The park will offer some 23 frightening events, including various haunted houses, spooky shows and a ghost parade with about 500 performers. A zone for children will also be set up in the park.
