TWO lesser panda cubs were born at the Shanghai Wildlife Park last week, and from now on visitors can watch the cubs in its nursing center, officials said yesterday.
The park now has six grown-up lesser pandas introduced from Chongqing, four male and two female. Two female lesser pandas gave birth to healthy cubs on Wednesday and Thursday. To keep the cubs away from other lesser pandas, the park decided to feed them artificially with milk powder for puppies.
