25 vehicles caught using bus-only lanes

SURVEILLANCE cameras installed on Shanghai buses have recorded 25 cases in which cars and other vehicles illegally used bus-only lanes since mid-August, traffic police said yesterday.
Police rigged cameras on No. 127 buses to catch bus-lane intruders. The bus lanes are off-limits to other vehicles during morning and afternoon rush hours to keep bus services smooth and efficient, said police.
