THREE suspects have been detained after a hit-and-run accident last Friday in which one person was killed and another injured, police said yesterday.
Pudong New Area police said the main suspect, surnamed Yang, left his vehicle and fled the scene after the accident on Fute Road at 9:45pm. The other two suspects, Yang's cousin and his boss, are alleged to have lied to protect Yang until the police found him on Sunday.
