Three more patients were discharged from hospital after suffering injuries during the New Year’s Eve stampede on the Bund, the Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission said today.
Seventeen people remain in hospital, including one patient in a critical condition and four with serious injuries.
A total of 36 people were killed and 49 others injured in the stampede.
