A day in the life

GREECE celebrates its National Pavilion Day today with singing and dancing performances and a show called "The Voice of Light."

Located in Zone C opposite the Poland Pavilion, the Greece Pavilion addresses the theme of this year's Expo through a human-centered approach and focuses on the concept of polis, the Greek word for city.

With the theme "Polis, the Living City," the pavilion stands as an interpretation of living and functioning in the city, as a reminder of the joys of urban life.?

The pavilion condenses 24 hours in the life of a Greek city into 12 hours, the amount of time the pavilion is open each day.?

The pavilion essentially reflects an insatiable thirst for living.

Inside the pavilion, there is an arcade, a theater, a square and other visitor attractions.
