Arrest in fatal stabbing

CITY police have arrested a woman for allegedly stabbing a man to death in a car on Monday night in Yangpu District.
The suspect surnamed Xia, 55, was caught about 4:10am yesterday at Shanghai Railway Station, said Yangpu District police.
Xia stabbed the 50-year-old victim, surnamed Cao, in the neck while the two had a quarrel in the car for some "emotional entanglements," the police said.
With blood all over his body, Cao opened the car door and cried for help, witnesses said.
He was pronounced dead about 11:15pm after being sent to the nearby Changhai Hospital, according to the hospital.
The case is still under investigation, police said.
