THE National Audit Office is to publish a report on the Expo next year, including how the operation fund is managed and the construction budget implemented.
Mayor Han Zheng said earlier that the investment on pavilion construction should be under 18 billion yuan (US$2.64 billion), and operation expenses were expected to reach 10.6 billion yuan.
