THE city's exit-entry authority is reminding Chinese-born residents who became foreign nationals while abroad to cancel their Chinese nationalities at consulates.
A Chinese woman of foreign nationality tried to use her Chinese passport at the border recently and was told that would mean she had "dual nationality," which violates Chinese law.
