Boy caught carrying four pals on his moped

A 13-year-old boy was found giving a hike to four other boys on his electric moped in Qingpu District, police said today.
"I'm old enough and I'm a good cyclist," The boy told the policeman when being stopped.
Cai Zhiwen, the policeman, said the five boys were on a speeding electric moped when he was patrolling the road on June 24. He stopped them and gave them a lesson, then asked the five to walk home.
In a separate case in Qingpu, a 3-year-old toddler was seen riding a kid's bicycle in the wrong lane last month. At least eight vehicles braked hard to avoid rolling over the toddler.
