Bund stampede victim released from hospital

Another patient injured in the New Year’s Eve stampede on the Bund has recovered and been discharged from hospital, the Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission said today.
A total of 36 people were killed and 49 others injured in the stampede. Of the injured, 13 remain hospitalized including one in a critical condition.
