THE city will host 75 activities, including fund raising, an auction and free medical treatment to mark the annual charity carnival, dubbed "True Love Under the Blue Sky," which will run from December 1 to January 12. Among the programs that will benefit are training for emergency aid volunteers, physical examinations for needy women and assistance for bone marrow transplantation for poor leukemia patients. Some expats will be among the volunteers, according to the Shanghai Charity Foundation.
