A Swedish man has won compensation for his carpets more than one year after they were damaged by a cleaning company, the Jing'an District People's Court said yesterday.
The company was ordered to pay 23,520 yuan (US$ 3,713.70) to the Swede for damaging two of the three carpets, worth 48,000 yuan, which were given for cleaning in November 2010.
