THE China Railway World Expo Pavilion plans to showcase the latest rail technology as well as the influence of railways on the country's urban development.
The pavilion on the Puxi side of the Expo site has a bronze and glass facade, meant to reflect the designer's concept of a "harmonious railway for a better life."
The display will be divided into three parts - past, present and future - under the theme "Where there is a city, there are railways."
