SHANGHAI government will launch a bilingual app called "Touch Shanghai" today with information on the city's economic development and tourism. The application developed by the information office of city government can be downloaded free at the App Store for iPad. It includes shopping, eateries, accommodations and traffic information. The city's promotional video and photos will also be posted. The app for iPhone is currently unavailable.
