A GROUP of 30 universities and colleges yesterday agreed to work together to stimulate innovation and nurture a new generation of entrepreneurs. The move came as Shanghai seeks to position itself as a global center for innovation and business startups. Fudan and Shanghai Jiao Tong universities were among the 30 colleges joining forces.
