SHANGHAI kicked off a pilot program yesterday in Changning and Minhang districts to offer psychological services to residents and do early detection on people with mental disorders. Shanghai Mental Health Center, the program conductors, said the program is aimed at people with chronic diseases, the working population, primary and middle school students and pre-schoolers.
