PUDONG New Area police are hunting the driver of a Volkswagen Santana with the number plate ending with 8156. The car was involved in a hit-run accident at Monday night on Gusan Road, Caolu Town, which damaged a small bus and two bikes. The windshield of the car was smashed and there was a wound on the driver's head. A reward for information is offered.
