Dumpling shop worker stabbed by neighbor

A 47-year old man was stabbed in a dumpling shop in Xuhui District late last night after quarreling with a drunken neighbor.
The victim surnamed Liu was from Heilongjiang and worked at Jixiang wonton shop. The knife was still stuck in his side when he got to hospital after being stabbed several times, Xinmin.com reported today.
Doctors are still checking how extensive Liu's internal injuries area, the owner of the wonton shop told the news Website.
The suspect surnamed Wu fled the crime scene after the attack and he was still on the run.
The shop owner said Wu didn't have a job and was always wandering around and picking fights.
She said Wu seemed drunk and shouted at Liu when the fight started. Wu dragged Liu to the ground and beat him up after Liu refused to call Wu his big brother.
Wu later took a fruit knife and stabbed Liu before he ran off.
