AN OTIS escalator at Metro Line 4's Yangshupu Road Station reversed while going up about 6:30pm yesterday. No one was injured and Metro staff immediately stopped the escalator.
OTIS workers said after an inspection that the malfunction might be due to rainwater that leaked into the machine.
