False rape claim

A woman who falsely accused her boyfriend of rape in a bid to break up with him was jailed for three months by the Zhabei District People's Court. The woman, surnamed Shi, asked to break up with her boyfriend, surnamed Zhang, early this year.
After he threatened to show nude photographs of her, Shi got angry and called police, accusing Zhang of rape. She later retracted.
