A MAN fell to his death while carrying out maintenance on an elevator at the Novotel Atlantis Shanghai on Pudong Avenue. The 54-year-old surnamed Zhou suffered severe head injuries when he fell three stories and was pronounced dead at Shanghai East Hospital.
