Father and daughter magicians plan visionary show in city

Well-known Singaporean magicians Lawrence Khong and his daughter Priscilla will bring their show Vision to Shanghai Culture Square from October 10 to 15.
Both have received the prestigious Merlin Award, the magician’s equivalent of an actor winning an Oscar.
The show combines magic with dance, music and drama. It tells a heartwarming story about family love and courage.
The show includes more than 35 original magic acts. Without props, the magicians will challenge gravity before suddenly vanishing.
"Magic is about wonderful feelings," Lawrence Khong said. "Sometimes magic is included in the category of acrobatics, but we think that the performing art has the magic and power to lead people into an amazing world of imagination."
