Flying garbage stalls Metro train

A bag of garbage tossed from a high-rise apartment caused a short circuit and stopped a train on the elevated Metro Line 3 last night. Metro workers found the cause of the train's breakdown when they picked a bag of household garbage from an overhead conductor of the train around 10pm. Passengers were forced to get off the train which was towed away afterwards.
