A FOREIGN woman was detained by the Shanghai Exit-Entry Administration for overstaying her China visa for 14 years, the administration said yesterday.
The woman was caught on a long-distance bus from Guangdong Province's Shantou City. After crossing the border into Jiangxi Province illegally 14 years ago, the woman was sold to a man surnamed Zeng in Jiangxi and raised two children for him.
