Former village head sacked from Party

THE former director of the village committee of Jingting Village in Shanghai’s Chongming District was expelled from the Party over graft charges, the disciplinary watchdog said today.
Huang Zhongming embezzled resettlement funds and received bribes, Shanghai Commission for Discipline Inspection said on its website.
Huang has been handed over to judicial departments for further investigation.
