Fuel truck flips, killing 1, but no blast

A tank truck carrying liquefied gas overturned in a highway accident in Shanghai this afternoon, killing one person and injuring another, police said.
The mishap occurred at 12:48pm on the exit ramp of Highway S32 that leads to Highway S4 in Minhang District.
No fire or explosion was reported although the truck's cab was severely damaged in the crash. Police was still investigating the cause of the accident.
Police immediately closed the access to Highway S4 while rescuers were removing the mangled truck from the road.
