Full moon visible over Shanghai tonight
THE cold front from north China will continue to chill the city, driving the mercury down to 18 degrees Celsius today.
Shanghai residents will be able to see a bright full moon tonight, a consolation as thick clouds blocked out the moon last night, which was the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The best time to observe the moon is at 5:17pm when the sky is cloudless, said the weatherman today.
The highest temperature will rise slightly to 26 degrees Celsius as the cold front leaves the city tonight. But the mildly warm weather is short lived as another cold front arrives on Sunday, bringing rains and gusty winds.
