Fun in Philippines

THE Philippines celebrates its National Pavilion Day today with numerous performances and a gala.

The eye-catching pavilion in Zone B is next to the Thailand Pavilion and stands out due to its colorful exterior made of transparent materials that swing in the wind and collages in bright hues.

Visitors in line can watch videos about the Philippines while they wait to go inside.

Inside the pavilion, themed "Performing Cities," visitors can watch performances on multiple stages.

The performances feature folk music, dance, rock, pop, and street-style ensembles that are hip and edgy.

Philippine hydrotherapy treatments are offered inside the pavilion.
