SHANGHAI'S railway authority said yesterday that nearly 460,000 railway tickets have been issued to migrant worker groups so far, ahead of the coming Spring Festival rush that begins on January 26. Nearly 510,000 applied for the group tickets. The railway bureau accepts group ticket applications online and will issue tickets if groups are qualified.
