SHANGHAI, along with the United Nations and International Exposition Bureau, yesterday issued a guidebook for city leaders around the world, which includes the urban development lessons from the World Expo 2010.
The bilingual book in English and Chinese, entitled the Shanghai Manual, will be used as the training book for Chinese mayors and urban managers, as well as counterparts across the world.
