POLICE are hunting for a car driver involved in a hit-and-run accident with a taxi yesterday afternoon.
The black car, bearing a Shanghai license plate, struck the cab near the intersection of Yan'an Road M. and Chengdu Road N. The taxi overturned, but its driver and four passengers suffered only fractures.
