ANHUI Province native Mo Chenghao was sentenced to 10 months in prison for a hit-and-run accident, the Songjiang District People's Court has ruled.
Mo was not responsible for the accident on the A8 Expressway in the early morning of September 13, 2008, but he fled when a car ran into the back of his truck because he did not have a licence. The driver was injured and a passenger died.
