THE city will establish an online hotel-information platform early next year, providing word on room availabilities for the 2010 World Expo, the Shanghai Tourism Administration said yesterday.
The platform will include information on more than 6,000 hotels in the city, and more hotels in two nearby provinces, officials said. Officials hope to have it ready in March or April.
Although online hotel services now exist online, the platform is meant to be more comprehensive.
