House fire kills 3, injures 2

AN early morning fire engulfed an old house in Shanghai's Qingpu District today, killing three people, including a 20-month-old child.
The other two victims were aged 66 and 44. Another two people were injured and sent to a local hospital for treatment, Xinmin.cn reported.
The fire broke out around 1:30am at the two-storey house in Dongfeng Street in Liantang Town and spread more than 200 square meters.
Police are investigating the cause.
