Illegal taxis
SHANGHAI Traffic Law Enforcement team said by yesterday they had recorded more than 500 cases of illegal taxi or motorcycle operations this year.
The number of "black cabs" on the streets is rising at a time when more tourists are coming to the city for the World Expo. Authorities usually expel the illegal drivers, who usually park near Metro stations or business hubs.
