A FUGITIVE was taken back to the city last Saturday after fleeing an incident two weeks ago in Putuo District where a woman was killed and another was injured at a hair salon, police said yesterday.
Ma, 21, had fled on January 5 but was seized in Jiangsu Province last Thursday. Police said he and another man, surnamed Tian, had tried to rob the women. Tian was caught at the scene.
