A MAN surrendered to police yesterday after strangling a woman to death in a residential area on Zhidan Road in Putuo District. The man, surnamed Jin, said had been living with the woman, about 25 years old, for several months when the two had an argument early yesterday morning. He confessed he choked her to death. The case is under investigation.
