Man crawls under bus in escape try

AN illegal tricycle operator was detained after fleeing police by crawling beneath a bus yesterday on a busy downtown road.
The incident happened about 8:30am at the crossroad of Yan'an Road E. and Huangpi Road. Traffic was affected before the man was dragged out.
