A MAN was stabbed to death at noon yesterday by a drunk man following a quarrel in a mahjong parlor in the city's Yangpu District. The tragedy happened around 1:30pm when the 40-something attacker, reeking of alcohol, entered the house and shouted. The victim, surnamed Zhou, 39, who owned the mahjong parlor, tried to stop the unwelcome visitor, some witnesses said.
