Man who jumped to Metro track unhurt
A man jumped onto the tracks at a Metro station during rush hour yesterday. He was not hurt.
The man, 22, was waiting for a train with his mother at the Baoshan Road Station of Metro Line 4 when he suddenly rushed toward the track about 6pm, police said. Metro staff and police officers quickly lifted him out. His mother said he was mentally ill. Metro service was delayed for about 10 minutes.
