Marriage registration centers across the city will remain open on October 1, the first day of the National Day holiday and also the Mid-Autumn Festival, local civil affairs authorities said yesterday. They will close from October 2 to 8, the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau said. Reservations are suggested and can be made via Shanghaifabu, the city government’s WeChat account.
