THE Shanghai Dairy Association has started to compensate babies who suffered during the milk powder scandal last year.
Parents whose babies were diagnosed with kidney stones by local hospitals after drinking melamine-contaminated milk powder can contact the association's branches in any of the city's 18 districts and Chongming County for compensation claims.
