THE arrest of a migrant worker was approved by the Zhabei District Prosecutors' Office yesterday. He is accused of killing his girlfriend.
The suspect met the victim, a 23-year-old from Jiangxi Province, last October. On January 15 she said she wanted to break up, and the suspect allegedly strangled her.
