THE 29th Shanghai Spring International Music Festival will get under way on April 28, with the opening concert at Shanghai Grand Theater. During the 20-day-festival, 41 performances of music and dance will be presented by troupes and artists from both home and abroad. Dance performances return to the festival after 10-year absence, said organizers.
