NZ city upgrades ties

NEW Zealand's South Island city of Dunedin is hoping to open up new China trade opportunities when it signs an updated sister city agreement with Shanghai this month. A delegation including business, education and tourism leaders from Dunedin will visit Shanghai from April 12 to 19, headed by Mayor Dave Cull. Major events would include the signing of an updated memorandum of understanding between the two cities to highlight areas of importance to both cities and to include plans of action.
